PRICING

Home Inspection fees depend on square footage.

• $250 Homes under 2,500 square feet
• $300 Homes up to 4,000 square feet
• $350 Homes over 4,000 square feet

Payment is required on the day of the home inspection by cash or check. A carbon copy is provided for the realtor, loan institution, or any entity the client chooses. Confidentiality is guaranteed.
 

Home Diagnostics

The home diagnostic fee is based on a $75 per hour rate. You only pay for the time needed to assess the problem, determine a fix, and condense it into a written report. Home diagnostics include entry into attics, crawl spaces, closets, basements, roofs or other areas.

Pre-Build Consultant fee is based on a $75 per hour rate. Consultation can be at the client’s home or business or at the building site.
